We suggest recording a live unboxing video as soon as your apple package arrives. This helps us verify if any damage occurred during transit and ensures a smoother resolution process in the rare event of spoilage.
If you notice any damage—inside or outside—please share clear photos and your unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a return pickup and process a full refund based on the condition.
When will I get my order?
Your order usually arrives within 4–7 business days after shipment. Since we harvest fresh from Himachal, occasional delays can happen due to weather or local conditions. But rest assured—you’ll receive a tracking ID once your apples are dispatched, so you can follow your order every step of the way!

Our apples are grown in Brall, a small mountain village nestled in Rohru tehsil of Shimla district. Surrounded by cool hills and fresh mountain air, this quiet village is part of the famous Shimla apple belt, known for producing quality apples.
